Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our art studio. Each piece is created and handled with care. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

🎨 Original Artwork

All original artwork sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on original pieces.

🖼️ Prints

We accept returns for prints under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

📅 Classes & Workshops

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable
• If we cancel a class or workshop, you will receive a full refund

💳 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
